Rider Alert-Construction Zones

What’s Changing: As the Spring Season has arrived, so has the Construction Season.  We would like to issue a friendly reminder that it is Citilink’s policy to not stop in construction areas or coned-off areas along our routes.  It is not safe for you or the vehicles around us if we were to stop.  Please find the nearest safe intersection outside of the construction area to “flag” the bus down.

Reason for Detour: Construction of a new roundabout at Main Street and Leesburg Road

Outbound: Regular route to Main Street, Right on Runnion Avenue, Left on Spring Street, Right on Tyler Street to regular route.

Inbound: Regular route on Tyler Street, Left on Spring Street, Right on Runnion Avenue, Left on Main Street to regular route.

If anyone needs to be taken to the Citilink office on Leesburg Road, it will be by request only.  Once you are done at the Citilink office, you will be taken to Spring Street and Runnion Avenue to catch the #9 St. Francis/Gateway bus.
