SHIPPING INFORMATION

Citilink charges a $1.50 shipping & handling fee per order. Your order must total $5.00 before shipping cost is added. Our Customer Service Representatives will receive immediate notice of your purchase and will process and mail your pass(es) within 2 – 5 business days. Please note the passes are mailed out using the United States Postal Service only. Citilink’s office hours are Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM. Telephone information lines are staffed between 5:30 AM and 8:30 PM weekdays, and 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM Saturdays. If you do not receive your pass within 10 days please contact Citilink at 432-4546.
