DoubleMap Service Discontinued

Citilink was made aware that DoubleMap, the mobile application powering our real-time bus tracking tool, would turn off its service to Citilink, and all other DoubleMap users, possibly by the end of 2024. With no options to retain our current system, Citilink began the process of procuring a new system and we’re working diligently to get it in place by Summer 2025. We understand and apologize for the inconvenience this may cause our riders. 

Rest assured, our services will continue and our buses will be running as expected. However, real-time tracking of buses in the DoubleMap app will no longer be available. For now, we ask riders to call our customer service line at 260-432-4546 if they have questions about their bus or route. Wait times may be longer as we expect an increase in calls. We will continue utilizing our website to provide details on routes, schedules, fares, programs/services, and mobility options. We also encourage our riders to sign up for our real-time text alerts if they haven’t already. They can do this quickly and easily through our website at https://fwcitilink.com/alert-sign-up/. As always, we will share important rider alerts on our website and social media, as well.

The good news is that we have procured a replacement of our previous system with Equans, a product of NAVINEO, to provide a Computer Aided Dispatch/Automatic Vehicle Location (CAD/AVL) solution beginning this summer. This new solution will enhance the experience for our riders, allowing them to keep track of real-time bus arrivals in Google Maps and other transit-related apps and plan their trips more effectively.
