Beginning next week, Citilink’s service updates will officially go into effect. We know that any change to a familiar routine can feel overwhelming, especially when it involves how you get to work, school, appointments, or home.
Our goal is simple: help every rider feel confident and supported during this transition.
Here’s what you can expect next week.
Extra Support on the First Three Days
For the first three days of service on the affected routes, Citilink staff will be riding along on buses to help answer questions and guide riders.
If you’re unsure about:
- Where to transfer
- Which stop to use
- What time your bus arrives
- Whether you’re on the right route
Just ask. We’ll be there to help.
This is about making sure no one feels lost or confused during the transition.
Call Customer Service Anytime
If you have questions before you travel or if something doesn’t feel clear, our Customer Service team is ready to help.
You can call 260-432-4546 for:
- Route clarification
- Stop locations
- Transfer help
- Schedule questions
- General trip planning support
We’d much rather answer your questions ahead of time than have you feel unsure on the day of travel.
Use Track My Bus on Our Website
Planning ahead? The Track My Bus feature on our website is a great tool.
From your computer or phone, you can:
- See where your bus is in real time
- Check estimated arrival times
- View occupancy levels
- Plan your trip before leaving home
It’s especially helpful if you want to double-check timing or confirm a new stop location.
Use the Transit App When You’re Out and About
When you’re already on the move, the Transit app makes it easy to see the closest bus and stop near you.
The app allows you to:
- Find nearby routes instantly
- Find nearby buses instantly
- View real-time arrivals
- Navigate transfers with confidence
It’s designed for riders who need quick, on-the-go information.
Our Commitment to You
These route updates reflect months of planning and analysis but we know that real life happens at the bus stop, not on a spreadsheet.
That’s why next week is about more than just new schedules. It’s about support, communication, and making sure every rider feels set up for success.
If you have questions, ask.
If you need help, call.
If you’re unsure, check the tools available.
We are here to help you navigate this transition as smoothly as possible because Citilink is more than a bus. It’s how our community connects to life.
