Fort Wayne, IN – Ride Citilink for free on Election Day, Tuesday, November 7th, 2023!
Citilink, in conjunction with AARP Indiana, will be hosting a free fare day to ride public transportation so our community can exercise their civic rights and let their voices be heard.
“Voting is not only foundational to our democracy, but it helps make our communities even more livable for people of all ages,” said Emily Gorman, Director of Community Engagement with AARP Indiana. “By partnering with Citilink, we are helping to ensure voters exercise their right to vote by making transportation to and from the polls a little easier.”
“We understand the role Citilink plays in our community to provide equitable access for all to thrive,” John Metzinger, General Manager/CEO with Citilink, stated. “The voices of our riders matter, and we’re thankful for this partnership with AARP Indiana to provide free fare for all to exercise their civic duty.”

Those requiring Citilink ACCESS services must schedule their rides in advance by using the Citilink Access app or by calling 260-432-4546 until 5:00 PM anytime until 5:00 PM the day before (Monday, November 6, 2023).
