Citilink Route Changes Pop-Up at Central Station This Week!

Have Questions About the Upcoming Route Changes? We’re Here to Help.

As Citilink’s service updates go live on March 2, we know many riders may have questions about how the changes affect their daily trips.

To make the transition as smooth as possible, Citilink staff will be hosting a Pop-Up Outreach Event at Central Station this week.

This is an opportunity to speak directly with our team, ask questions, review route maps and schedules, and get help planning your trip.

Whether you ride every day or just occasionally, we want you to feel confident and prepared.

Central Station – Downtown Fort Wayne

⏰ When You’ll See Us

Instead of staffing the entire week, our team will be available during peak travel times:

Wednesday Morning: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM

Wednesday Afternoon: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Thursday Morning: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM

Thursday Afternoon: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Friday Morning: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM

Stop by during any of these windows to:

  • Review updated route maps

  • Ask about stop relocations

  • Get help understanding schedule changes

  • Plan your trips

  • Learn about travel training options

  • Share feedback or concerns
