Citilink Appoints New Board Members and Officers for 2025
FORT WAYNE, Ind., (Feb. 24, 2025) — Citilink recently announced the appointment and re-appointment of board members for 2025. Fort Wayne City Council has re-appointed Councilwoman Rohli Booker and appointed State Representative Kyle Miller to serve on the Citilink Board of Directors. Additionally, Melissa Fisher was appointed by Mayor Sharon Tucker to replace former board member Brenda Niccum.
The 2025 Citilink Board of Directors and Officers are:

● Pone Vongphachanh, Secretary
● J. Nelson Coats, Board Member
● Melissa Fisher, Board Member
● Fort Wayne City Councilwoman Rohli Booker, Board Member
● State Representative Kyle Miller, Board Member
Board members are residents of the Public Transportation Corporation (PTC) taxing district and serve four-year terms. Appointments are made in accordance with Indiana Code 36-9-4-15, with three members appointed by the Mayor and four by City Council. Board members oversee Citilink’s executive, fiscal, and legislative policies, ensuring the organization continues to serve
the community effectively. These roles are unpaid appointments, reflecting the dedication and commitment of the board to public service.
Citilink board meetings will be held on the third Thursday of each month at 5 p.m. in the Alan McMahan Room at the downtown Allen County Public Library. An exception will occur in June, with the meeting moved to the fourth Thursday to accommodate Juneteenth celebrations.
Meetings are open to the public, and the Alan McMahan Room is located on the first floor of the library behind Reader’s Services.
