Help Shape a More Intuitive Transit Experience (Quick Survey)

By January 26, 2026No Comments
At Citilink, we’re always learning how to make public transit easier to use, more intuitive, and more welcoming for everyone in our community.
This week, we’re supporting a survey through APTA’s Emerging Leaders program that focuses on accessibility beyond the ADA minimum requirements, especially for people who may face additional barriers when using fixed-route transit. That includes riders who are:
  • Neurodivergent
  • Living with cognitive disabilities
  • Living with physical disabilities
  • Older adults
  • Or anyone who experiences challenges navigating public transit systems
The goal is to better understand where transit can feel confusing, stressful, or inaccessible, and identify practical improvements that help make the experience smoother and more comfortable for all riders.
Take the survey (it’s quick!)
The survey is open January 26 through February 2 and should only take a few minutes to complete.

Why your feedback matters
Transit is more than a trip from Point A to Point B. It’s access to work, healthcare, education, and everyday life. Small improvements in how transit systems are designed and communicated can make a big difference in whether someone feels confident riding.
Survey results will be shared back with participating transit agencies, including Citilink, and will help inform future recommendations for agencies across North America.
Thank you for taking a moment to share your perspective and help strengthen mobility in our community.
