Please be advised that beginning Monday, December 15, 2025, Customer Service support hours will change.
Monday through Friday
Customer Service will be available by phone for route information and other inquiries from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
For deviation bus stop requests, you will still be able to call from 6:00 AM –8:30 PM to request a bus stop.
- Central Station doors will continue to open at 5:58 AM for passengers waiting for buses.
- Doors will lock at 8:15 PM.
Saturday
Customer Service will be available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Central Station doors will continue to open at 7:00 AM for passengers waiting for buses.
- Doors will lock at 5:30 PM.
